Candy Rain believes it is vital to give back to your community. We work with women (mostly) on a daily basis, so we feel passionate about supporting women’s charities. Here are three very productive charities we are supporting this year. If you would like to help either charity please contact them directly.

The Pregnancy Crisis Centre – www.pregnancycrisiscare.org.uk

Pregnancy Crisis Care is a Plymouth-based charity helping women and their partners with any pregnancy related crisis by providing free, confidential, impartial support and counselling.

They offer free, impartial, confidential:
Pregnancy testing
Pregnancy choices counselling
Post-abortion counselling
Baby loss counselling.

Their service is for all ages and you can contact them direct, or be referred to them by another agency.

Trevi House – www.trevi.org.uk

Trevi was born from the desire of three Drug and Alcohol workers in Plymouth to create a unique environment for women and their children experiencing drug and alcohol mis-use issues to grow and create positive futures.

Ella’s – www.ellas.org.uk

Ella’s a London based organisation working with women who have survived trafficking and sexual exploitation. They run six safe houses for survivors until they are ready to live independently. They help with medical care, education, employment opportunities, reuniting with family, finding new homes, bringing abusers to justice, emergency essentials and money, and life skills. They want to see a world where these crimes are not tolerated.
