In the unlikely event you are not happy with your treatment, please contact us as soon as possible, within 3 days, so we can inspect our work. If the problem is due to a fault with our products or workmanship, we will make every effort to rectify the problem, to your satisfaction, free of charge. And we welcome the opportunity to do so, please don’t feel bad about contacting us.
We require a non-refundable booking fee for all treatments.
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you cannot attend your appointment. We reserve the right to charge you the cost of your booking fee, for missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Please be aware that our staff are self employed & a missed appointment means we don’t get paid for that time slot, therefore the booking fee is a minimal cost for us financially.
We reserve the right to change the prices and availability of our treatments, without any prior notice.
As part of our professional salon service and requirements of Health and Safety, we may require a Customer Consultation Card to be completed, before a treatment at our salon. Any information kept on your Customer Record Cards is treated with the utmost confidentiality and security. This is usually completed electronically and is password protected. Any personal information disclosed will never be passed on to a third party.
Medical Conditions. In the interests of your safety and comfort, please let us know of any medical issues or general information including medications, pregnancy, allergies, etc. that may affect the outcome of your treatments. We consider this and any other personal information to be highly confidential.
We reserve the right to refuse any treatment or service that we decide is not in the best interest of your health or well being.
Any treatment times shown, on our price lists etc, are for guidance only. They intend to indicate the total time for the appointment and not, just, the duration of the treatment.
Emails. We may occasionally send you emails with details of special offers, treatments or services. We won’t bombard you – and you can unsubscribe and resubscribe at any time.
The cost for services provided must be paid in full, upon completion of your treatment.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
The placing of an order for a gift voucher(s) implies acceptance to the following terms and conditions. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Terms of Purchase
If full payment is not received or is retracted (e.g. cheques are dishonoured or credit card payments are charged back) the voucher(s) will not be dispatched or any vouchers despatched will become void and therefore unusable.
Vouchers will be sent out via email within 2 working days of payment.
Vouchers are strictly valid for 6 calendar months from purchase. They cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers. If the cost of your visit is for a higher amount than the face value of the voucher(s), the difference can be made up with cash or another accepted payment method. If a purchase is for a lower amount, no change can be given.
Gift Vouchers can be exchanged for services from Candy Rain. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, changes to our services provided, product stock and supply etc we cannot make any promises or guarantees that the services we currently provided will be available in the future.
